    Bishop Laurie Haller was elected as a bishop at the 2016 North Central Jurisdictional Conference. In 1962, he was appointed to the faculty of Philippine Wesleyan College in Cabanatuan City; in 1969, he was called to teach at Union Theological Seminary, Manila. Cliff was Director of the Conference Council on Ministries from 1973-76 and Superintendent of the Southern District from 1986-92.
